Divi's 3 Day Detox
Ayana: the juicing was cool, and I got to record it. You should try it too. Thank you for watching the three day detox.
Divi: Each day, I drank the same 6 juices: 3 green, 1 gold, 1 yellow, and 1 white. The green and gold juices were made on my L'Equip juicer that I purchased online last year. The recipes were super easy to follow and all tasted delish!
I drank the juices in the following order: green, gold, green, yellow, green, white. :-)
Green Juice
1 large kale leaf
2 leaves of romaine
2 gala apples
1 bartlett pear
1 handful a spinach
1/3 of a cucumber
6 parsley leaves
1 celery stalk
1/4 of a lemon
1 inch of ginger
Gold Juice
1/3 of a pineapple
3 gala apples
1 inch of ginger
Yellow Juice aka "The Master Cleanser"
16 oz of Spring or Filtered Water
1/2 juice of a lemon
1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp of organic light agave syrup
White Juice - end of the day "treat"
Cashew or Almond Milk - soak 1 cup of almonds or cashews in water overnight in 1 cup of water. (Pour just enough to cover the top) In the morning puree almonds/cashews in blender with the water, add a little agave and cinnamon to taste. Drink up!
